Who is this Angiee with 2 E’s?
So you’ve found yourself on yet another food blog. I feel your pain! I too am a foodie. I’m addicted to the 30-second food prep videos that are springing up all over the place. I also follow numerous food magazines, blogs, tweets, review sites. If you name it, I’m probably right there with you. Cooking shows?? You better stop it! My DVR is full!
The market is saturated but I’m still casting my hat into the ring. This is my passion. This is my non-child centered creative outlet. I like to share what I create with my friends and family and hope to give them some ideas and inspiration along the way as countless others have given to me.
I won’t begin to pretend that every recipe is my original creation. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel, or should I say meal, with every dish. I find inspiration and recipes in various places. I will always give credit where credit is due ( if I remember where I got it from). Some of the recipes I’ll be sharing, I did find on the internet/books/magazines over the years and had no clue where it originally came from. My love for food comes from a being raised in a family of cooks and bakers, a short stint in culinary school. I have a deep love of trying something new. I’m a simple home cook who loves food and hanging out with people who love to eat!
